Security:
For your safety, the studio is equipped with security cameras. However, if you require privacy, the cameras can be turned off or repositioned upon request.
You CAN NOT use any space outside of the studio. If you do and are caught by the building CCTV, you will be fined £1000.00.
Handling Props & Furniture:
When rearranging furniture or props, please lift them instead of dragging to avoid damaging the items or the floors. If you need assistance, feel free to ask our team before making any changes—we’re happy to help.
Cleanliness:
Failure to leave the space clean by the end of your booking may result in a £40 cleaning fee.
To help keep the studio clean, we kindly request that you avoid wearing outdoor or dirty shoes inside, particularly on furniture and rugs.
Damages:
Any items damaged during your booking will result in an automatic charge to cover the cost of replacement. Our floors are very sensitive and dropping heavy items will lead to cracks and breakage. Please be careful.
