SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

OSHEN is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with our audience, driving engagement across various digital platforms. To do so, the SMCC will learn all about our brand guidelines and make significant contributions to OSHEN’s  branding and style guide to efficiently maximise the impact of content they create. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with co-workers and managers.

Objectives of this role

  • Enhance consumer engagement with creative marketing content.

  • Provide competitive analysis to inform content strategies.

  • Foster a unified approach to marketing across all channels.

  • Develop content for OSHEN’s marketing and branding presence throughout all channels

  • Encourage team collaboration to streamline marketing efforts.

  • Stay ahead of trends by producing content that has the potential to go viral within OSHEN’s brand framework.

Job role pay and terms

Hourly Rate: £15.00

  • Payment Terms: 30 day invoice based (You will need to be self employed, and send an invoice every 30 days to our accounts department)

  • Invoice Requirements: UTR or Companies House registration details

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality visual content for websites, social media, and other marketing channels.

  • Contribute to and adhere to OSHEN’s branding and style guide to ensure consistency and maximise the impact of content.

  • Analyse competitor content to identify successes and challenges, sharing insights with the team to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with different departments to align content with campaign goals and objectives.

  • Innovate and create viral content that aligns with OSHEN’s brand identity and expands our marketing reach.

  • Aid with the visual design of promotional materials for social media. 

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven video production expertise.

  • In-depth understanding of current social media trends.

  • Autonomous work style with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with iPhone and professional video camera equipment.

Preferred qualifications/ history of work

  • A strong portfolio of high-quality marketing content.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
