SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

OSHEN is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with our audience, driving engagement across various digital platforms. To do so, the SMCC will learn all about our brand guidelines and make significant contributions to OSHEN’s  branding and style guide to efficiently maximise the impact of content they create. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with co-workers and managers.

Job role pay and terms

Hourly Rate: £15.00
Project rates may vary depending on the nature of the brief. For ongoing brand work, a monthly payment structure may be applied, with terms to be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.

  • Payment Terms: 30 day invoice based (You will need to be self employed, and send an invoice every 30 days to our accounts department)

  • Invoice Requirements: UTR or Companies House registration details

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Producing engaging vides tailored for different social platforms. Including behind the scenes content and also brand brief content.

  • Brand alignment: Ensuring all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic and voice.

  • Editing skills for TikTok, Reels and Youtube.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Premier Pro, TikTok/ Reels editors.

  • Strong interest in Modest Fashion, Mainstream Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle.
