The Art of Holistic Living is a documentary-style series exploring the relationship between holistic living, identity, and personal style through intimate conversations and cinematic portraiture.
Created in collaboration with AYWA, the project brings together individuals from different creative, cultural, and wellness backgrounds to share their personal interpretation of what it means to live holistically in today’s world.

Each story is captured within the participant’s natural environment. at home, in the studio, in nature, or within the spaces that shape their daily rituals and routines. Through honest dialogue and observational filmmaking, the series explores how wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity, movement, and intentional living are reflected not only through lifestyle, but through the garments we wear every day.

Participants are featured wearing AYWA pieces throughout the project, using clothing as an extension of self-expression, comfort, identity, and emotional connection. The conversations explore how garments become part of daily ritual, supporting movement, grounding presence, and reflecting personal values.

Rather than presenting holistic living as a singular aesthetic or trend, The Art of Holistic Living embraces the many ways people cultivate balance, care, creativity, and authenticity within their own lives.

The visual language of the project is cinematic & grounded focused on natural moments, thoughtful conversation, texture, atmosphere, and emotional honesty.

At its core, the project is an exploration of how we choose to live, express ourselves, and connect with the world around us through both lifestyle and clothing.
